Hello Fellow Doodlers!

Gifts for the holidays come packaged in all different sizes, so why not make a box size to suit-your-gift?! Carol, at Our Little Inspirations, was inspired to create her Halloween Trick or Treat Boxes from, The Sunset House Top Note Die Box Tutorial, which will also give you an idea of how easily it is done!

Create a few fun prinatable Halloween Labels to adhere to an assortment of bottles using full sheet label paper, or use regular paper and some Mod Podge! Visit The Country Chic Cottage for a fun tutorial on Angie's Macbeth Halloween decor projects! Get your craft on, and your PDF Halloween Labels...

The question is Mod Podge or Gesso and Ink Jet or Laser Print!

And while I'm on the subject of Mod Podge, here is a tutorial of How to Transfer Inkjet Images to Wood. BUT, it is also useable on a lot of surfaces ... I'd call it more of a tutorial on creating decals! And Claudine Hellmuth's Spooky Tree "Gesso" Transfer Technique video gives you yet another idea/way of creating a "decal"!

Jim, The Gentleman Crafter introduces you to his how-to videos to make what he calls his, Haunted Panorama! A project that really makes a nice addition to your Halloween decorations. And the amazing Witchy Panorama (shown) from Dena's Stamping Corner is a "knock your Halloween socks off" creation! See more of her details...

Okay! Enough about my ill-fated week of the flu! I'm ready-set-to get-started on the ideas and projects for the year-end holidays! And here is my Halloween card design!

A MASTER CREATION, Specialty Desserts For Any Occasion, should get your holiday cookie-creating-imagination stirred up early enough to make dozens of these homemade treats for family and friends! I love Christmas goodies, especially when they come from someone's oven! And here's some ornaments from my image collection  for your projects!

The Perfect Palette may be considered a "wedding colors palette" guide for brides, but I can't help but feel it's very useful for designing for just about anything! And, I stop there often when I need a bit of inspiration both in color and in some of the projects! I love the "harvest" combinations.

These are the Fall 2012 colors: {Shades of Orange, Latte, Gold + White}

Alexa, at Swell Designer, will show how easily it's done! This is not only a gorgeous piece for a Glam Goth Party but can also go in your decor for a Thanksgiving Party as well!

You've got to watch the "Got Candy" spider and bag card video by Julie Ebersole at the Ellen Hutson's, the Classroom. It's just too cute! Yes, I had to place an order for the bag and spider too - this will have to be next year's Halloween card project!

Greet trick-or-treaters with a menacing silhouette that climbs the stairs. The rise on steps doesn't differ much from one staircase to another, so these pieces can be saved and used in another location next year. To make a large silhouette for your staircase, print out Martha Stewart's staircase template; cut out each section. Following the numbered diagram, tape together the sections for each stair (numbered 1 through 9) at the dotted lines. Trace onto pieced-together black construction paper, and cut out. Number the back of each stair section according to the diagram; attach each section to the appropriate stair riser with double-sided tape. Get the how-to for a Flying Witch on a Broom Stick template to fit your window. Get Martha Stewart's collection of Halloween Decorating and Craft Tmeplates, read more...

Just in time for Halloween, printable Spider Origami boxes "free" PDF file (or print directly) for trick or treaters! There is some crazy origami folding involved, but hey, it's time you learn something new, and you'll get the hang of it after one or two attempts. If you can fold, you can do this following the easy step-by-step photo how-to's!
